According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 239 building permits were issued in December 2013, which was 13.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 548 401 thousand denars, which was 14.1% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 195 (81.6%) are for buildings, 21 (8.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 23 (9.6%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 239 structures, for 185 (77.4%) the investors are private persons, and for 54 (22.6%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 336 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 33 017 m2.
