According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 182 building permits were issued in November 2013, which was
21.6% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 958 089 thousand denars, which
was 31.2% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 160 (87.9%) are for buildings, 6 (3.3%) are for civil engineering structures, and
16 (8.8%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 182 structures, for 154 (84.6%) the investors are private persons, and for 28 (15.4%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 414 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 37 878 m2.
