According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 147 building permits were issued in October 2013, which was
43.0% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 552 689 thousand denars, which
was 18.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 100 (68.0%) are for buildings, 25 (17.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and
22 (15.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 147 structures, for 103 (70.1%) the investors are private persons, and for 44 (29.9%) structures the investors are
business entities.
In the reference period, 347 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 27 990 m².
