According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 140 building permits were issued in August 2013, which was 48.5% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 976 960 thousand denars, which was 5.9% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 91 (65.0%) are for buildings, 18 (12.9%) are for civil engineering structures, and 31 (22.1%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 140 structures, for 96 (68.6%) the investors are private persons, and for 44 (31.4%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 218 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 18 906 m2.
