According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 179 building permits were issued in July 2013, which was 26.0% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 452 757 thousand denars, which was 91.6% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 143 (79.9%) are for buildings, 9 (5.0%) are for civil engineering structures, and 27 (15.1%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 179 structures, for 139 (77.7%) the investors are private persons, and for 40 (22.3%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 324 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 29 695 m2.
