According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 180 building permits were issued in June 2013, which was 27.7% less than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 1 507 972 thousand denars, which was 83.1% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 139 (77.2%) are for buildings, 14 (7.8%) are for civil engineering structures, and 27 (15.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 180 structures, for 139 (77.2%) the investors are private persons, and for 41 (22.8%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 199 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 20 451 m2.
