According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 241 building permits were issued in April 2013, which
was 20.5% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 769 570 thousand denars,
which was 23.4% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 190 (78.8%) are for buildings, 21 (8.7%) are for civil engineering
structures, and 30 (12.5%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 241 structures, for 187 (77.6%) the investors are private persons, and for 54 (22.4%) structures the
investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 391 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 34 818 m².
