According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 231 building permits were issued in March 2013, which was 10.0% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 762 067 thousand denars, which was 22.6% less than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 180 (77.9%) are for buildings, 14 (6.1%) are for civil engineering structures, and 37 (16.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 231 structures, for 182 (78.8%) the investors are private persons, and for 49 (21.2%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 589 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 45 007 m2.
