According to the data from the State Statistical Office, a total of 219 building permits were issued in February 2013, which was 25.9% more than the same month of the previous year.
According to the issued building permits, the expected total value of the constructions was 2 395 996 thousand denars, which was 43.6% more than the same month of the previous year.
Of the total number of issued building permits, 168 (76.7%) are for buildings, 16 (7.3%) are for civil engineering structures, and 35 (16.0%) are for reconstructions.
Of the total of 219 structures, for 165 (75.3%) the investors are private persons, and for 54 (24.7%) structures the investors are business entities.
In the reference period, 587 dwellings are planned for construction, with total useful floor area of 48 100 m2.
