According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the value of total purchase and sale of agricultural products in February 2012 was 1 412 789 thousand denars, which is a decrease of 12.4% compared with February 2011. A decrease of the value of purchase and sale by 43.0% was registered in industrial crops.
The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers decreased by 29.2%, while the value of sold agricultural products from own production increased by 87.9%.
