Total purchase and sale of agricultural products, March 2011

According to the data of the State Statistical Offce, the value of total purchase and sale of agricultural products in March 2011 was 1 381 015 thousand denars, which is a decrease of 15.1% compared with March 2010.

The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers decreased by 14.2%, and the value of sold agricultural products from own production decreased by 19.2%.

The value of total purchase and sale decreased in the following agricultural products: Industrial crops, Fodder, Alcoholic beverages, Livestock, Poultry and eggs, Milk and Dairy products, while in the following agricultural products: Cereals, Vegetables, Fruits and Fish, the value of total purchase and sale increased.
