Total purchase and sale of agricultural products, February 2011

According to the data of the State Statistical Offce, the value of total purchase and sale of agricultural products in February 2011 was 1 613 460 thousand denars, which is an increase by 191.6% compared with February 2010.

The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers increased by 357.3%, and the value of sold agricultural products from own production decreased by 8.1 % in February 2011 in comparison with February 2010.

The value of total purchase increased in the following agricultural products: Cereals, Industrial crops, Fruit, Alcoholic beverages, Livestock, Milk, Dairy products and Fish while in the following agricultural products: Vegetables, Fodder crops and Poultry and eggs the value of total purchase decreased.
