The value of total purchase and sale of agricultural products in August 2010, in comparison with August 2009, increased by 9.6%

According to the data of the State Statistical Office the value of total purchase of agricultural products in August 2010 was 600 722 thousand denars. The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers decreased by 32.1%, while the value of sold agricultural products from own production increased by 37.0%.

The value of total purchase increased in: Cereals, Industrial crops, Vegetables, Livestock, Poultry and eggs and Fish, whereas in the other agricultural products (Fodder, Alcoholic beverages, Fruit and Grapes, Milk and Dairy products), the value of total purchase decreased.
