According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the purchase and sale of agricultural products in the second quarter of 2015 increased by 3.7% compared to the same period of the previous year.
The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers increased by 25.9%, while the value of sold agricultural products from own production decreased by 17.3%.
The value of total purchase and sale increased in the following agricultural products: Cereals, Vegetables, Fodder, Fruits and Fish, while a decrease was observed in the following agricultural products: Industrial crops, Alcoholic beverages, Livestock, Poultry and eggs, Milk and Dairy products.
The monthly distribution of the value of purchase and sale of agricultural products shows an increase in April and June, while in May there was a decrease in the value of purchase and sale of agricultural products.
