According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the value of total purchase and sale of agricultural products in May 2013 was 923 964 thousand denars, which is an increase of 32.1% compared with May 2012.
The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers increased by 65.8%, while the value of sold agricultural products from own production increased by 11.2%.
The value of purchased and sold agricultural products increased in almost all agricultural products, while a decrease was recorded only for Livestock, Poultry and eggs and Fish.
