According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the value of total purchase and sale of agricultural products in March 2013 was 585 260 thousand denars, which is an increase of 14.4% compared with March 2012.
The value of purchased agricultural products from individual producers increased by 50.3%, while the value of sold agricultural products from own production decreased by 7.4%.
The value of total purchase and sale increased in the following agricultural products: Industrial crops, Vegetables, Fruits, Poultry and eggs, Milk and Dairy products, except for Cereals, Fodders, Alcoholic beverages, Livestock and Fish, where the value of total purchase and sale decreased.
