Average monthly gross wage paid per employee, June 2014

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the index of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in June 2014,
compared to June 2013, was 100.3
This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in the sectors: Real estate activities
(21.2%), Construction (9.6%) and Profesional, scientific and technical activities (7.9%).
Decrease in the average monthly gross wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors:
Mining and quarrying (4.2%), Public administration and defence; compulsory social security (3.7%) and Accommodation and
food service activities (3.6%).
The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in June 2014 was 31 061 denars.
In June 2014, 1.5% of the employees in the Republic of Macedonia did not receive any payment.
