According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the index of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in October 2022, compared to October 2021, was 113.8.
This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in the sectors: Arts, entertainment and recreation (20.3%), Accommodation and food service activities (19.7%) and Manufacturing (18.0%).
An increase in the average monthly gross wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors: Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (6.8%), Other service activities (4.0%) and Real estate activities (3.3%).
The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in October 2022 was 49 585 denars.
