Average monthly gross wage paid per employee, July 2022

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the index of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in July 2022,

compared to July 2021, was 111.6.

This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in the sectors: Accommodation and food

service activities (18.3%), Professional, scientific and technical activities (17.8%) and Arts, entertainment and recreation (17.2%).

A decrease in the average monthly gross wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors:

Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles (3.8%), Mining and quarrying (3.8%) and Accommodation and

food service activities (3.2%).

The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in July 2022 was 47 590 denars.
