Average monthly gross wage paid per employee, April 2022

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the index of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in April 2022,

compared to April 2021, was 111.0.

This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in the sectors: Accommodation and food

service activities (25.5%), Arts, entertainment and recreation (21.0%) and Administrative and support service activities (17.4%).

An increase in the average monthly gross wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors:

Human health and social work activities (8.5%), Construction (5.2%) and Water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation

activities (4.5%).

The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in April 2022 was 47 092 denars.
