According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the index of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in March 2022, compared to March 2021, was 110.3.
This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in the sectors: Financial and insurance activities (21.7%), Arts, entertainment and recreation (20.6%) and Accommodation and food service activities (20.0%).
An increase in the average monthly gross wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors: Financial and insurance activities (17.2%), Mining and quarrying (14.0%) and Manufacturing (7.2%).
The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in March 2022 was 46 430 denars.
