According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the index of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in April 2021, compared to April 2020, was 110.0.
This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in the sectors: Arts, entertainment and recreation (28.3%), Financial and insurance activities (24.1%) and Accommodation and food service activities (21.4%).
An increase in the average monthly gross wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors:
Financial and insurance activities (21.3%), Arts, entertainment and recreation (3.4%) and Agriculture, forestry and fishing (2.9%).
The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in April 2021 was 42 441 denars.
