According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the index of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in December 2020, compared to December 2019, was 105.7.
This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly gross wage paid per employee in the sectors: Information and communication (14.9%), Mining and quarrying (10.9%) and Human health and social work activities (10.4%).
An increase in the average monthly gross wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors: Information and communication (13.9%), Financial and insurance activities (12.0%) and Mining and quarrying (11.4%).
The average monthly gross wage paid per employee in December 2020 was 42 227 denars.
