Average monthly net wage paid per employee, November 2010

According to the data of the State Statistical Offce the index of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in November 2010, compared to November 2009, was 103.6

This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in the sectors: Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles, motorcycles and personal and household goods (7.8%), Financial intermediation (6.3%) and Manufacturing (6.2%).

The biggest growth in the average monthly net wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors: Fishing (15.6%), Financial intermediation (4.6%) and Other community, social and personal service activities (1.2%).

The average monthly net wage paid per employee in November 2010 was 20 633 denars.

In November 2010 1.9% of the employees in the Republic of Macedonia did not receive any payment.
