Average monthly net wage paid per employee, April 2018

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the index of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in April 2018,
compared to April 2017, was 105.6.
This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in the sectors: Mining and quarrying
(32.2%), Manufacturing (13.0%) and Accommodation and food service activities (11.4%).
An increase in the average monthly net wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors: Mining
and quarrying (14.0%), Administrative and support service activities (4.0%) and Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and
motorcycles (3.7%).
The average monthly net wage paid per employee in April 2018 was 23 942 denars.
