Average monthly net wage paid per employee, December 2014

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the index of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in December
2014, compared to December 2013, was 104.2.
This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in the sectors: Professional, scientific
and technical activities (16.9%), Construction (11.5%) and Manufacturing (8.8%).
An increase in the average monthly net wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors:
Professional, scientific and technical activities (19.8%), Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles
(11.1%) and Other service activities (9.7%).
The average monthly net wage paid per employee in December 2014 was 22 407 denars.
In December 2014, 1.2% of the employees in the Republic of Macedonia did not receive any payment.
