According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the index of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in January 2025, compared to January 2024, was 108.9.
This increase is caused by the increase of the average monthly net wage paid per employee in the sectors: Arts, entertainment and recreation (15.6%), Administrative and support service activities (12.0%) and Education (11.4%).
A decrease in the average monthly net wage paid per employee compared to the previous month was recorded in the sectors:Construction (6.6%), Manufacturing (5.4%) and Financial and insurance activities (4.5%).
The average monthly net wage paid per employee in January 2025 was 43 050 denars.
