According to the State Statistical Office data, the Consumer Price Index in November 2023, in comparison with the previous month was
100.1, while the Retail Price Index was 100.2.
An increase in the Consumer Price Index in November 2023, in comparison with the previous month, was registered in wine and
cigarettes by 5.1%, beer by 2.4%, fresh or chilled vegetables other than potatoes and other tubers by 2.3%, spirits by 1.1%, mineral
waters, soft drinks, fruit and vegetable juices by 0.4%, oils and fats by 0.2%.
In November, there was also an increase in the indices of repair of furniture, furnishings and floor coverings by 3.8%, heat energy,
miscellaneous printed matter by 3.5%, services for the maintenance and repair of the dwelling by 3.3%, non-durable household goods
by 2.2%, stationery and drawing materials by 2.1%, small electric household appliances by 1.5%, electric appliances for personal care by
1.4%, maintenance and repair of personal transport equipment by 1.3%, package holidays by 1.1%, recreational and sporting services
by 1.0%, materials for the maintenance and repair of the dwelling by 0.8%, glassware, tableware and household utensils by 0.7%,
pharmaceutical products, other appliances, articles and products for personal care by 0.6%, paramedical services by 0.5%, education
not definable by level by 0.4%, carpets and other floor coverings, restaurant, cafes and the like, hairdressing salons and personal
grooming establishments, other personal effects by 0.3%, recording media by 0.2%.
A decrease in the Consumer Price index in November 2023, in comparison with the previous month, was registered in fresh or chilled
fruit by 6.9%, milk by 0.9%, coffee, tea and cocoa by 0.7%, eggs, sugar, jam, honey, chocolate and confectionery by 0.6%, food products
n.e.c. by 0.3%, fish and seafood by 0.2%.
In November, there was also a decrease of the indices of passenger transport by air by 10.4%, liquid fuels for household by 4.8%, fuels
and lubricants for personal transport equipment by 3.1%, information processing equipment by 0.6%, motor cars, bicycles by 0.4%,
shoes and other footwear, equipment for the reception, recording and reproduction of sound and picture by 0.3%, accommodation
services by 0.2%.
The Consumer Price Index in November 2023, in comparison with November 2022, increased by 3.1%, while Retail Price Index increased
by 3.4%.
