According to the State Statistical Office data, the Consumer Price Index in November 2021, in comparison with the previous month, was 100.7, while the Retail Price Index was 100.3.
An increase in the Consumer Price Index in November 2021, in comparison with the previous month, was registered in bread and cereals by 3.8%, food products n.e.c. by 2.9%, cheese and curd by 2.3%, meat by 2.1%, oils and fats by 1.9%, sugar, jam, honey, chocolate and confectionery by 1.8%, wine by 1.3%, fish and seafood, beer by 1.2%, mineral waters, soft drinks, fruit and vegetables juices by 0.7% and spirits by 0.3%.
In November, there was also an increase in the indices of gas for household by 5.8%, package holidays by 3.9%, cleaning, repair and hire of clothing by 3.2%, fuels and lubricants for personal transport equipment, information processing equipment by 3.1%, glassware, tableware and household utensils by 2.3%, services for the maintenance and repair of dwelling by 2.1%, repair and hire of footwear by 2.0%, paramedical services by 1.9%, liquid fuels for household, passengers transport by road, hairdressing salons and personal grooming establishments by 1.7%, domestic services and household services by 1.6%, equipment for reception, recording and reproduction of sound and picture, restaurants, cafes, and the like, jewellery, clocks and watches by 1.3%, motorcycles, gardens, plants and flowers by 1.2%, medical services, maintenance and repair of personal transport equipment by 1.0%, materials for the maintenance and repair of the dwelling, recreational and sporting services, other appliances, articles and products for personal care by 0.9%, repair of furniture, furnishings and floor coverings, other personal effects by 0.8%, solid fuels for household by 0.7%, carpets and floor coverings, small household appliances, pharmaceutical products, other medical products, spare parts and accessories for personal transport equipment, education not definable by level, electric appliances for personal care by 0.5%, other services relating to the dwelling n.e.c., major tools and equipment, small tools and miscellaneous accessories, therapeutic appliances and equipment, motorcars, stationery and drawing materials by 0.4%, household textiles, dental services, pets and related products by 0.3%, garments, actual rentals paid by tenants, accommodation services by 0.2%.
A decrease in the Consumer Price index in November 2021, in comparison with the previous month, was registered in fresh or chilled fruit by 7.0%, fresh or chilled vegetables other than potatoes and other tubers by 0.8% and milk by 0.3%.
In November, there was also a decrease of the indices of passenger transport by air by 17.5%, photographic and cinematographic equipment and optical instruments by 1.3%, recording media by 1.2%, equipment for sport, camping and open-air recreation by 1.0%, footwear by 0.7%, major household appliances by 0.2%.
The Consumer Price Index in November 2021, in comparison with November 2020, increased by 4.8%, while the Retail Price Index increased by 6.2%.
