According to the State Statistical Office data, the Consumer Price Index in November 2020, in comparison with the previous month was 100.0, while the Retail Price Index was 100.3.
The Consumer Price Index in November 2020, in comparison with the previous month, remained at the same level, but there were movements in some subgroups. An increase in the Consumer Price Index in November 2020, was registered in fresh or chilled vegetables other than potatoes and other tubers by 13.3%, oils and fats by 2.2%, beer by 0.5%, spirits by 0.4%, cheese and curd, food products n.e.c, mineral waters, soft drinks, fruit and vegetable juices by 0.2%.
In November 2020, there was also an increase in the Consumer Price Indices in gas for household by 2.1%, electric appliances for personal care by 1.7%, photographic and cinematographic equipment and optical instruments by 1.5%, small electric household appliances by 1.2%, information processing equipment, gardens, plants and flowers by 0.8%, garments by 0.6%, pets and related products by 0.5%, major household appliances, other medical products by 0.4%, materials for the maintenance and repair of the dwelling by 0.2%.
A decrease in the Consumer Price Index in November 2020, in comparison with the previous month, was registered in fresh or chilled fruit by 13.3%, sugar, jam, honey, chocolate and confectionery by 0.7%, milk by 0.5% and meat by 0.2%.
In November, there was also a decrease of domestic services and household services by 3.1%, recording media by 2.2%, motor cars by 1.4%, fuels and lubricants for personal transport equipment by 0.6%, solid fuels by 0.4%, footwear, spare parts and accessories for personal transport equipment by 0.3%, other services in respect of personal transport equipment, passenger transport by road by 0.2%.
The Consumer Price Index in November 2020, in comparison with November 2019, increased by 2.2%, while Retail Price Index increased by 1.8%.
