According to the estimated data, the growth rate of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the fourth quarter of 2019 was 3.4%.
In this quarter, the biggest increase was recorded in sections: G, H and I - Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles; Transportation and storage; Accommodation and food service activities by 8.1%; F – Construction by 6.7% and J – Information and communication by 5.7%.
In the fourth quarter of 2019, Household final consumption, including Non-profit institutions serving households, increased by 3.5% in nominal terms, and its share in the GDP structure was 62.9%.
In the same period, Export of goods and services decreased by 0.8% in nominal terms, while Import of goods and services increased by 5.1%.
