According to the estimated data, the growth rate of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the third quarter of 2019 was 3.6%.
In this quarter, the biggest increase was recorded in sections: B, C, D and E - Mining and quarrying; Manufacturing; Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply; Water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation activities by 6.8%; F – Construction by 5.5% and G, H and I - Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles; Transportation and storage; Accommodation and food service activities by 4.9%.
In the third quarter of 2019, Household final consumption, including Non-profit institutions serving households, increased by 4.6% in nominal terms, and its share in the GDP structure was 65.6%.
In the same period, Export of goods and services increased by 8.4% in nominal terms, while Import of goods and services increased by 10.9%.
