According to the estimated data of the State Statistical Office, the growth rate of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the fourth quarter of 2016 was 2,4%.
In this quarter, the biggest increase was recorded in sections: F - Construction by 28.5%; M and N - Professional, scientific and technical activities; Administrative and support service activities by 9.8%; and A - Agriculture, forestry and fishing by 1.8%.
In the fourth quarter of 2016, Household final consumption, including Non-profit institutions serving households, increased by 5.8% in nominal terms, and its share in the GDP structure was 64.0%.
In the same period, Export of goods and services increased by 8.4% in nominal terms, while Import of goods and services increased by 2.4%.
