According to the estimated data, the growth rate of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the fourth quarter of 2014 was 2.7%.
In this quarter, the biggest increase was recorded in sections M and N - Professional, scientific and technical activities; Administrative and support service activities by 12.4%; R, S and T - Arts, entertainment and recreation; Other service activities; Activities of households as employers; undifferentiated goods- and services-producing activities of households for own use by 11.7%; F - Construction by 11.1%; and K - Financial and insurance activities by 3.8%.
In the fourth quarter of 2014, Household final consumption, including Non-profit institutions serving households, increased by 2.5% in nominal terms compared to the same period of 2013, and its share in the GDP structure was 65.8%.
In the same period, Export of goods and services increased by 14.8% in nominal terms, while Import of goods and services increased by 9.7%.
