According to the estimated data, the growth rate of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the third quarter of 2014 was 4.1%.
In this quarter, the biggest increase was recorded in sections C - Manufacturing by 16.6%; R, S and T - Arts, entertainment and
recreation; Other service activities; Activities of households as employers; undifferentiated goods- and services-producing activities
of households for own use by 11.6%; M and N - Professional, scientific and technical activities; Administrative and support service
activities by 8.2%; and K - Financial and insurance activities by 7.5%.
In the third quarter of 2014, Household final consumption, including Non-profit institutions serving households, increased by 1.7%
in nominal terms compared to the same period of 2013, and its share in the GDP structure was 67.9%.
In the same period, Export of goods and services increased by 13.6% in nominal terms, while Import of goods and services
increased by 10.8%.
Quarterly data on Gross Domestic Product in this release have been prepared in accordance with the European System of Accounts
(ESA 2010), as a result of the revision of annual data according to this methodology. Data by sectors of activities and aggregation
are presented by NACE Rev. 2 classification.
