Gross Domestic Product, second quarter of 2022

According to the estimated data, the growth rate of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the second quarter of 2022 was 2.8%.
In this quarter, the biggest increase was recorded in sections: G, H and I - Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and
motorcycles; Transportation and storage; Accommodation and food service activities by 8.1%, J - Information and communication by 8.1%
and R, S and T - Arts, entertainment and recreation; Other service activities; Activities of households as employers; by 7.9%.
In the second quarter of 2022, Household final consumption, including Non-profit institutions serving households, increased by 14.7% in
nominal terms, and its share in the GDP structure was 68.6%.
In the same period, Export of goods and services increased by 27.1% in nominal terms, while Import of goods and services increased by
34.9%.
Gross capital formation in the second quarter of 2022 registered the biggest increase in changes in inventories.
