Gross Domestic Product, fourth quarter of 2021

According to the estimated data, the growth rate of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the fourth quarter of 2021 was 2.3%.
In this quarter, the biggest increase was recorded in sections: G, H and I - Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles; Transportation and storage; Accommodation and food service activities by 9,2%; J- Information and communication by 5.3% as well as L - Real estate activities by 3.1%.
In the fourth quarter of 2021, Household final consumption, including Non-profit institutions serving households, increased by 10.2% in nominal terms, and its share in the GDP structure was 62.5%.
In the same period, Export of goods and services increased by 9.7% in nominal terms, while Import of goods and services increased by 22.6%.
