Theatres, philharmonic and professional folk dance and song ensembles, 2012/2013 Preliminary data

According to the State Statistical Office data, in the 2012/2013 season, compared to 2011/2012, the number of performances at professional theatres increased by 2.1%, while attendance decreased by 10%.
The average attendance per performance was 215 visitors.
In the period 2012/2013, compared to 2011/2012, the number of performances at professional youth and children's theatres increased by 13.5%, while attendance increased by 45.9%.
In amateur theatres, for the same period, the number of performances decreased by 3.4%, whereas the number of visitors increased by 14.3%.
For the Macedonian Philharmonic, in 2012/2013, compared to 2011/2012, the number of concerts and attendance increased.
Regarding the professional folk dance and song ensemble, in 2012/2013, compared to 2011/2012, there was a decrease in the number of concerts, while the number of visitors increased.
