Institutions and rights of social welfare for juvenile and adult recipients, 2023

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, the total number of juvenile recipients of social welfare in 2023 was 14 962, while

the total number of adult recipients of social welfare was 55 028.

Of the total rights of social welfare for juvenile recipients, social work services had the largest share at 45.1%, while services of social

welfare were dominant with 83.5% of the total rights of social welfare for adult recipients.

In 2023, 35 380 heads of households (number of households) were recipients of guaranteed minimum assistance.
