According to the State Statistical Office data, the index of the number of employees in industry in November 2022, in comparison with November 2021, was 101.2.
The number of employees in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in November 2022, in comparison with November 2021, decreased by 4.1%, in the section Manufacturing it increased by 1.7%, and in the section Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply it decreased by 0.3%.
The number of employees in industry by Main Industrial Groupings in November 2022, in comparison with November 2021, was higher in Intermediate goods, except energy by 1.1% and Capital goods by 10.3%, but lower in Energy by 6.4%, Durable consumer goods by 2.2% and Non-durable consumer goods by 2.8%.
The index of the number of employees in industry in the period January - November 2022, in comparison with January - November 2021, was 98.9.
