Index of the number of employees in industry, December 2013 According

According to the State Statistical Office data, the index of the number of employees in industry in December 2013,
in comparison with December 2012, was 102.5.
The number of employees in industry in the section Mining and quarrying in December 2013, in comparison with
December 2012, decreased by 0.2%, in the section Manufacturing industry it increased by 3.0%, while in the section
Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply it remained at the same level.
The number of employees in industry by Main Industrial Groupings in December 2013, in comparison with December
2012, was higher in Intermediate goods industries, except energy by 2.7%, Durable consumer goods industries
by 7.2% and Non-durable consumer goods industries by 3.1%, lower in Energy by 0.9%, while in Capital goods
industries the index was at the same level.
The index of the number of employees in industry in the period January - December 2013, in comparison with
January - December 2012, was 101.1.
