Transport of passengers by bus, first quarter of 2016

According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in the first quarter of 2016, in comparison with the same period of 2015, the
number of passengers carried in suburban transport increased by 14.2%, in urban transport it decreased by 11.6%, in national
transport it fell by 19.3%, while the number of passengers carried in international transport dropped by 13.2%.
In comparison with the same period of 2015, the number of passenger-kilometres in suburban transport grew by 24.7% and
in urban transport by 2.6%, whereas the number of passenger-kilometres in national transport decreased by 10.6% and in
international transport by 20.8%.
