Electricity, natural gas, coal and petroleum products, March 2017
According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in March 2017, the total consumption by types of energy commodities in
the Republic of Macedonia was: 664 441 ?Wh of electricity, 13.557 mil. nm³
of natural gas, 452 343 tonnes of coal and 84 320
tonnes of petroleum products.
Gross national electricity production participated with 65.3% in gross national electricity consumption, while 96.3% of the total
national consumption of coals were used for generation of electricity.
