Electricity, natural gas, coal and petroleum products, December 2016
According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in December 2016, the total consumption by types of energy commodities in the Republic of Macedonia was: 840 394 MWh of electricity, 46.663 mil. nm3 of natural gas, 469 206 tonnes of coal and 87 872 tonnes of petroleum products. Gross national electricity production participated with 81.1% in gross national electricity consumption, while 95.6% of the total national consumption of coals were used for generation of electricity.
