Electricity, natural gas, coal and petroleum products, April 2016
According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in April 2016, the total consumption by types of energy commodities in the Republic of Macedonia was: 575 485 ?Wh of electricity, 4.804 mil. nm3 of natural gas, 441 255 tonnes of coal and 90 069 tonnes of petroleum products.
Gross national electricity production participated with 67.8 % in gross national electricity consumption, while 97.4% of the total national consumption of coals was used for generation of electricity.
