According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in March 2023, the total consumption by types of energy commodities was: 629 636

?Wh of electricity, 34.556 mil. nm3 of natural gas, 446 502 tonnes of coal and 104 814 tonnes of petroleum products.

Gross national electricity consumption is fully provided by the gross national electricity production, while 99.7 % of the total national

consumption of coals were used for generation of electricity.
