According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in October 2022, the total consumption by types of energy commodities was:

493 912 ?Wh of electricity, 5.484 mil. nm3 of natural gas, 391 073 tonnes of coal and 119 622 tonnes of petroleum products.

Gross national electricity production participated with 81.1% in gross national electricity consumption, while 98.6% of the total

national consumption of coals were used for generation of electricity.
