According to the data of the State Statistical Office, in July 2021, the total consumption by types of energy commodities was: 602 525

?Wh of electricity, 34.819 mil. nm3 of natural gas, 354 361 tonnes of coal and 109 198 tonnes of petroleum products.

Gross national electricity production participated with 81.4% in gross national electricity consumption, while 96.91% of the total national

consumption of coals were used for generation of electricity.
