Industrial producer price indices on the non-domestic market, April 2012

Producers of industrial pruducts, sell their products on the domestic and non-domestic market. Computation of the industrial
producer price indices on the domestic market covers only one segment of sold production. In order to see the price movement
in the second segment, sold production of the industrial products on the non-domestic market, State Statistical Office of the
Republic of Macedonia, started the calculation of the industrial producer price indices on the non-domestic market.
In order to ensure time comparability for the users, there is data serie from year 2010 of the industrial producer price indices on
the non-domestic market.
According to the State Statistical Office data, in April 2012, the Industrial producer prices on the non-domestic market decreased
by 4.4% at the monthly level and by 6.5% at the annual level.
In April 2012, in comparison with March 2012, the Industrial producer prices on the non-domestic market increased in the sector
Minning and Quarrying by 5.8% and in the sector Manufacturing industry decreased by 5.4%.
In April 2012, in comparison with April 2011, the Industrial producer prices on non-domestic market decreased in the sector
Minning and Quarrying by 2.7% and in the sector Manufacturing industry by 6.9%.
