Turnover indices in the Trade Sector, January 2012

According to the State Statistical Office preliminary data, in retail trade, in January 2012, in comparison with January
2011, the turnover increased in the following groups/classes: Retail sale of food, beverages and tobacco (nominally
by 7.0% and really by 3.8%) and Retail trade of automotive fuel (nominally by 13.3 % and really by 7.5%).
In retail trade, in January 2012, in comparison with January 2011, the turnover decreased in the following groups/
classes: Retail sale of non-food products (except fuel) and Retail trade, except automotive fuel.
